Mushroom Pasta!

I wanna share a recipe i kinda adapted from a tv show.
Its healthy, vegetarian, and delicious!
I heard Mushroom can prevent cancer.
Awesome rightt.
Targetting at the mushroom lovers(like me), vegetaria
ns, health-conscious ppl!
Or whoever wanna EAT. :D
Okay, here goes!

Ingredients needed:
  1. Different varieties of mushroom, sliced.(i used 6 diff types)
  2. 2/3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  3. A little of vegetarian stock(you can use chicken one if not vegetarian (: )
  4. Pasta/macaroni (whichever you prefer)
  5. Dash of salt & pepper

So my mushrooms look like this:

From top-left: enoki mushroom(i think), small white headed ones, white portobello mushrooms,
straw mushrooms, small brown headed ones and oyster mushroom. (:

So first thing is to put a large pot of slightly salted water to boil. (:
okay the water looks weird, but it is boiling.
So put the pasta in! :D

Then, in another pot.
Pour some oil(i use olive oil, healthier! (: ) and wait for it to heat up.
Add the garlic in and fry till golden brown.

Then, add all of the mushrooms in!
Add some water and the stock in.
Close it with the lid.
Your pasta should be ready by now.
Optional step:
Drain the water and fry it in some stock and oil for the fragrance!
(:

i added some macaroni cause its for 3 people to eatt.
Then, open the cover of the other pot.
Season with dash of salt and pepper!
The mushroom should now look like this:

Looks so nice! (:
Mushroom Paradisee. (:
Lastly, pour this over your pasta and TADA!
Your dish is ready to be gobbled upp.
You can garnish with basil leaves etc, but i did not buy it.
Sry! :D
End product:
Awesome! :D
This is easy to prepare too!
And very healthy!
YAY!
(:
Enjoyyy.
